Open cmd write ipconfig take your ip open ports if you dont have opened them the add the ip in l2.ini and server-login properties external ip..

# Configure your external ip
ExternalHostname = here is my ip right?
 
# Configure your internal ip
InternalHostname = here it should be  "*" or just empty?

Use 127.0.0.1 or *

But for you from your pc you must use 127.0.0.1 in l2.ini
