You could let the dawrves only spoil dead karma player and if they do that they would get karma.too

If someone gets PK ,he has more than 5 and he dies,spoiler can get items/adena with sweep

Also you could make a custom skill loke sweep that would only let players to take items from dead karma players not like the retail that they drpp the items.down

why not a Dwarf event :D that all players that will take part will transform to dwarfs and rewards will be like Spoil,Kill,Sweep the reward  last hit will take the reward from his victim...
