WTS Btc Sales 20-25% Rates

I'm selling BTCs for PayPal for 20-25%.
I'm not going first & we can do mini transfers ( 3$ - 5$ ) at start for both parties to approve the deal & construct fair vouches.

ToS:
1. I will not go first.
2. If you seem to find me not trusted enough please don't bother asking to go first.
3. I have the right to refuse to do exchanges with anyone.
4. I don't accept payments from Paypal accounts that are registered under unreal names.
5. I have the right to ask for proof of ownership, if you want to buy BTC with PayPal. Proof won't be shared with anyone.
6. All sales are final no refunds.
7. Post on my thread or PM me to deal and discuss the rate.
8. You pay any PayPal fees (friends / family option only).

IMPORTANT : Don't PM me if you don't accept my ToS in first place.
