Hello if, i was wondering if i should use protection for a live Server. And if so , is catsguard trustworthy?Which do you suggest?

 

Its a PvP Server - Pack L2jfrozen.

I'm new to all this and I'm about to open a PvP server. I found this topic  . So i want a Server hoster and i guess this seems nice. Server protection like L2jguard ,Catsguard etc.. is this a whole different thing from Ddos Protection (which is being offered)?

lol, yes. These are two different things.. Catsguard is outdated, useless. Guard, no idea if they still work on it, SmartGuard or ACBP is your only choice. But they are expensive. So, simply forget about bot protection.
