Discussion Remotly Database Control From Desktop

Hello i have a question .. 

 

I want to create a website about an oil company which in the main index will have the price of oil but this price must change daily so there is any "easy" way for the customer to change it and avoid go and change the source code in the html or the php file?

Pretty easy to do with a database, you'll display the database in the main index and then the customer is gonna change it through an admin panel you'll create.
