hello all i need little help with query. today i have start for fix all monsters stats 1-85 level

i need set stats via level like

 

update type: L2monster level: 1 hp:10 mp: 10 hp reg: 10 mp reg: 10 p.atk 20 mpla mpla mpla

 

if any can give me this command for help to finish faster all monsters
