Looking for server

hi!i am lokking for a server of low rates(40-70x) with a big activity (300 persons per day,if possible)where you dont have to farm a lot to get top items.I would like also a sever with no bugs.If you could suggest me a sever like that i'd be greateful to you(with the patch of the server).Thank You. ;)
