[GUIDE] How to pwn in DOTA (no exceptions)

Hi people , im addicted to DOTA maps sincer 2005 late winter , i played all heroes , tryed all items , visited all locations and i know every single map spot and hero skill (name of skill and damage , radius etc)... in a dota game if im not owning for first place i quit game (but that of course happends very rarely , usually i dont pwn when in my team are 2 really noobs or more)

 

TO MAKE IT EASY FOR YOU I ADDED THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER THEY MUST BE PURCHASED `enjoy

what i learned is:

-NULL TALISMAN, BRACER , WRAITH BAND

-ARCANE RING ( ill demonstrate why nobody needs it except Tauren,Tiny and Purist maybe ) Lets say we have Ogre Magi ... many buy arcane ring on ogre magi , well i never buy it because is waste of money!! , when i finish my aghanim i have huge mana and some mana regen from items i buy , and lets face it by the time you get rid of your mana the team goes back or.. you need go fountain for HEAL

when i play with invoker i dont use anymore the EMP wave and meteor combo because they changed the damage and now sucks , at high level you cant kill anybody with this unless a powerfull gang is taking place... so i advise u put skills in COLD SNAP and ICY PATH these skills are much better , and if you are against a balanar with 2 bashers, butterflt,satanic and buriza and have a team of INTELLECT ONLY , COLD SNAP can actually help your team to kill him  ::)

-BATTLE FURRY (is the only hero on whom BATTLE FURRY helps alot in early game for pwnage , goblin has low mana and low cost rocket spell , so a perseverance is usefull , and because we dont want to keep it clean we make it battle furry to het that extra damage , i dont make defensive items because like i sayed this is PWNAGE guide..)

-BURIZA

-SANGE `n` YASHA

IF YOU GET Axe or Yurneo (Yurneo is my -ap hero) pwnage GEAR IS:

 

for axe i recommend buying a stout shield or 2 at the start, and later on SELL IT! dont make it into a vanguard as many do! , when you are level 25 those vanguards get useless compared to enemy damage! and you also cant PWN because you have defensive items rather than agressive....

you'll need to sell them anyway ofc but as i said they add HP so you don't die that easily (survivability)

Hey...i'm checking out ur thread spectra ^^, unfortunately i don't have any eurobattle id, almost all of the time i played this game LAN with my team mates or battle in private server in my country...

 

Well i think almost all the hero build here was great...some addition info for ur guide here, hopefullly it works for u...

 

Antimage - 3xWraithband, MKB, Basher(believe it or not this hero is just need ASPD and damage)

Phantom Assasin - MKB (i believe it's the perfect item for this hero for the IAS, damage, and of course the devastating critical which is up to 800 or so just by this item alone, u don't need burize anymore), Satanic (OMG so hard to kill...), butterfly is perfect (the evade, IAS, of course damage best item for every AGI hero).

Beast Master - Necromicon (this item is perfect, since his summon will be slowing the enemy u got ur aspd from the necromicon, combine with his ulti this guy is perfect for tag partner combo for every hero in Dota).

Chen - the build there is pretty good but early in the beginning some of my friend using Helm of Dominator for getting more neutral creeps, such as Centaur so u can add 1 more stun or kobold taskmaster for speed chasing (12% increase speed aura).

Warlock - refresher orb (to prevent 1 turn kill by purge so can have additional 1 more golem), item like Dagon, necromicon, guinsoo is working good with this hero though...

Raigor - arcane ring (this item is great for this hero!!adding up 300 mana which is this hero weakness, and of course mana charge for nuking like fissure and +3 armor well u can ignore this hehe..), Kellen Dagger (this item is build for this hero, wait for the enemy comes with the creeps which is usually does and then blink, ulti, friend's coming, cast some spell like fissure, necromicon (if u have it) and the next thing ur the hero of the war...so basically u open a battle with this, u won't believe how much the damage if the team comes at once, for alternative this can be use for chasing hero that was flee with low HP), the rest is u can choose for tanking buy tarasque, for support necromicon, for killing radiance.

Tinker - first BoT (this item is a cheat for this hero, just using rearm, then go back to line, feels the mana empty just rearm then teleport back to Fountain), with that go buy manta, guinsoo, radiance, linken...then go fight against 2 hero if u want u'll see the true power of this hero...just rearm, then u have unlimited guinsoo,linken,manta and just like usually when ur mana getting low just rearm and then teleport back to fountain.

Well for additional like BKB(Black King Bar) it works for hero that have speed killing for being unstoppable, for example Jahrakal with 2x basher, butterfly, burize, add this 1 item almost 90% hero of Dota can't stop this hero even if they can permahex u...they can't because of this BKB, it's not a bad item afterall add Str,damage and 10 seconds Avatar effect)

yes you where right with tinker, warlock , antimage and chen (defensive) and i added them the way you sayed.. the rest arent the best items for those heroes..

 

tauren for example... the blink dagger costs 2K+ gold and gives no other stat modiffiers... , better buy SHIVA`s GUARD and get cool armor , MANA for SPELLS , Slow speed to catch them and slow attack speed aura :D ...

 

i never agree with wraith bands , null talismans or bracers... my empty slots i fill them with ironwood branches always

 

this topic should pe stickyed.. is the pro players choice on all bnet servers...  ::)

Okay here’s the argument about raigor thing well..probably my mistake that I don’t explain everything very clearly, what I mean is an alternative build for the hero depending on the situation..see raigor main purpose in my build is for support and opening battle sequence the entire team so they have the better chance of winning not for tanking purpose, or killing purpose u can have that task for other team mates ur sole purpose in my build is for gangking, first strike combo in big battle, if the combo is right then ur enemy gank should get at least 500 damage for the combo but fissure, blink then echo slam, then echant totem, hit enemy with lowest HP, then fissure again (I believe it’s ready since it’s cooldown in 7 seconds), I believe it’s way more than that, what will happen if don’t get blink dagger (maybe the enemy already spotted u then they will scattered or they swap u to kill u first or using silence on u or…well too many possibility u’ll get what I mean ^^), for that combo he needs a lot of mana and yes thing like soul booster is what he really needs early then combine it to arcane ring for nuking the enemy early game try it out..u’ll see the combo for stunning the key for this combo is at early game u should learn the 3rd skill for 1 lv to get the stun effect...well about the PA I know u really like burize a lot…I myself really love that thing and for my opinion burize > MKB late game ^^ but MKB it’s just an alternative build...what my point is u can have whatever item that u want as long as u know how to use it to it's optimal potential for u and for ur team...hehe peace ^^

(my guide here is about best items to pwn the game ... , if you dont wanna own the came and be on first place than take any other items u want) about raigor... i killed yesterday 4 heroes me vs 4... , go with creeps USE ULTIMATE (only when there are enemyes and lots of creeps) , use first skill NEAR THEM for bonus (damage 3rd skill) , than use 2nd skill for stun (and bonus damage) , than ulti , fast shiva and if any escapes run after him...

there are more than 10 items needed that you didn't mention and "your choice" doesn't cover them all...

also buriza is not really needed on many chars...

and BTW, Mortred should never get Buriza...

instead of Buriza on Mortred you should get Monkey King Bar...

 

it's because Mortred's critical is enough, and if you critical with Mortred and Monkey King Bar procs, then you have let's say:

 

200 x 4 +100 = 800 + 100...

 

while if Buriza procs on a Mortred's critical then Buriza will only hit...

 

so buying Buriza is like wasting Mortred's ulti... :/

Imo i can't even understand why this topic even exists. His English is bad, the items are BAD ( Burizza on Mortred, Butterfly on Alleria before orchid, Mjollnir on Storm )
