hi, whats could be wrong,?

server launched and IP are correct in server.properties. and config.properties and l2.ini so, when i launching game, didnt opening screen where need to join into game and type login and psw at all. but when i installing other server patch the game runs.

maybe some guard or some shit like that. or delete his modified host file before trying to log into the official servers. but how?
