whatever they can say or not but this server for sure is not L2 OFF ,  this server is not a java nor pts , this is worse than any of this 2,  You cannot spam skills normally , you have to click f 's nonstop to use skills, this is never working like that on off servers lol, also when you are in combat you cannot add people to party or trade xD and after it says in system log that you can trade someone in 30 seconds, what the hell this feature cannot be use in OFF/pts files , tomorrow this server is going to be really big disappointed
