Hello,
about 30 min ago i has problem with connect to localhost ( double-click ) then i saw small window! 

203-Can`t connect to MySQL server on ''localhost'' Do you have the same problem?

Congratz, you just learnt how to run mySQL server. Seems obvious you can't connect to mySQL server if mySQL server isn't launched.

 

It's like learning how to run Word, you press the .exe and it opens the software. Congratz.
