[Share]C6 stuff for C5

Hi again ;) This is a share, not another guide as I have run out of ideas at the moment. This stuff isn’t mine, it’s from some random topics on RZ, so I gonna collect them in one topic, with a full guide about how installing them! Oh, sorry. I forgot to tell you what kind of shares ;D Well, I’m sure you like it. C6 Accessories/Weapons/Monsters on your C5 server! Wow, this is gonna make your server unique!!! Let’s see. First of all download all the files (links @ the end of my post) and add them on one folder each kind (.xml files in one, sqls in one, client files in one). Good. Now we can go on:

 

1st Step: .xml

 

Now we have to add the .xml files so that our server will load them at the startup. Copy-paste all the .xml about the WEAPONS ONLY in the C:\Server\gameserver\data\stats\weapon

Next, copy all the accessories .xml files and paste them in the C:\Server\gameserver\data\stats\armor

 

2nd Step: SQL

Good. Now find all the .sql files (even for the mobs) and execute them. If you have read my first guide, it explains how to execute them. I gonna explain in once more. You need to have installed NAVICAT, a nice db management program. Now we open it and we go to connection (the upper left button, you can’t miss it ;)) We press it and we type a name (whatever you want) and add the host ~> localhost . For id/password we use root (in default l2j server it is root/ (no password) but in the pack I uploaded (darkrage1985’s one) I edited it, so it is root/root. It is simplier :P Now, we add as port the port 3306 and press test connection. If everything runs smoothly we can go on (lol don’t forget to run the start.bat so you start the sql server to connect :P). On the left column, you can see the name you typed before. Klick it. Now you have more sub categories. Klick on the l2jdb one. Now press import wizard, and execute your sql files (load as .txt files, then search for the folder you put them (don’t forget to open the option all files) and then add them, one at a time until you have executed them all). If you did it, you are pro :P

 

3rd Step: Client files

 

And the final step is, adding all the client files on your l2 folder. You don’t need anything special for this :P Ok now? :)

 

If you follow my other 3 guides + this share, you can build a unique server for your friends (and why not) to make it public ;)

yo guys,i open those client files with L2_FileEdit to add the lines,and i cant save the file!and i do it in another way,without encrypting,i get errors.help!?

Maybe what error? The most common error is the wrong column paste, just be sure the gaps are the same as the above line...(copy-paste the gaps)

Try alzecpack i never get errors with it. Well its a good alternative.I have opened with it files that i couldnt with l2fileedit. Just be sure as mentioned above not to destroy the columns

U must open the *.txt files with wordpad not notepad

Illegal links are illegal, read the rules... as if my share works, check the topic in which i opened a server for my friends here and view the photos... As for alzecpack, yes it's good, but not good enough to leave fileedit :P
