Better is to throw weapon away and then enchant it in my opinion. Not 100% but u can enchant it till +7.

my opinion:

 

method 1: farm farm farm many ews, and make many weapons

method 2: go to the pub, and drink as much as you can.

method 3: enchant, if it succes, drink more, if it is fail, drink twice more.

all of them were for c3 and are taken from a  webstite( don't remember) so give credits to the website or ask from a mod to *delete* it.
