I have make 2 Times Hero Storm Screamer and 2 Times Hero Hierophant in x35 server.

been playing l2 for 4 years and i never been hero never could make noblesse in time and had a mutant so even worse

13 with spellsinger.. when tatoos existed..full buffs(hero buffs too) and with custom hero circlet(+5all stats) had 3500 casting :P
