Hello guys and sorry if im not in the right board (if im not please a moderator to transfer my post elsewhere) ... I want to know how can i fix some .u files from my system..

I have some static effects in my npcs but i cant edit them(a friend of mine made them) so i try to learn.. any guide or something like that? i searched through the forum but couldnt find anything..
