about L2 Dev, you didn't mention a rule or something that if someone buy files from you, he can't sell them, and as for mircowwwa he paid for them and he can sell them since you didn't say anything about that as i mentioned before.

The best way is to write a ToA (terms of agreement) on your topic in order to avoid such things.
