well, this isn't for pvp servers with big enchant rates..

for example on my old server i had 45% rate for +16 to +20, this code could be nice for this server since the enchant rate is not that easy or for a low rate with low enchant rates you can make it if someone make +16 or more to make an announce.

i don't say you're wrong mate, i just say that maybe someone want this code on his server and i told you my opinion on why someone whould add this code on his server
