Help Need Some Help In Php

Hello, I need some help in PHP.  Currently server status(ON/OFF, online) is showed by a list(1st server stat. and 2nd is lower), but I want to make it in a row. Manipulations in HTML/CSS files gave nothing. I think my problem is localized somewhere in last 15 strings. Thanks for your attention!
