i will use just red color , i guess its because i use official patched system doesnt support orange, every other color is visible

I hightly doubt. To be 100% sure, simply go to ANY raid boss and check his title color, rbs has orange color :)

if you want to use 00 ff ff you have to put it as ff ff 00
