Cleanse - No Clean Debuff Hotspring

How can I add a constraint in skill cleanse (Skill Type: CANCEL_DEBUFF)  for not clean hotspring debuff? without change them skilltype for BUFF? anyone can help me?

I'm going in the right direction?

Why dont you wanna change it to buff? You can make it +1 buffs slot when Malaria is on and everything should be fine.
