thats the guy who tried to scam me and when he failed he abused his feedback option and gave me fake negative feedback.

my services rules, he should have read them before contact me, not to treat me like a scammer.

 

first he agreed to prepay, then when i told him the options with almost no refund by his side he refused to do that.
