Can u tell me what are the Death Penalty of Lvl 1 , 2, 3 ,4  .

How many of those levels there is , And how much of % of stats it gets ?

And how long u have to wait so it would disappear?

1the death penalty is = to your lvl (like in grade weapons)

2 u need to buy Death Recovery scroll to take it off (this dosnt go off by itself)

 

This death penalty born in interlude has counterpart of the fact that u dont drop any more in case mobs kill u (like in c4)

 

 

The death penalty just fuck your stats in pvp not killing mobs

To be honset in low server rates i dont know where to buy them ( i guess in a regular shop or may be in aden or rune?) Dunno :/

 

but usually in hige rate servers they are sell in gm shop

in low server rate u can find them in grocery store and u need to buy scroll depandind your grade

yes black judge in hardisan and beehive (the npc for pk quest)
