Gsregister L2Jhellas (Problem)

I have a problem in Gsregister when I clear the list of servers occore this error:

 

SQL error while cleaning registered servers: java.sql.SQLException: Cold not retrieve transation read-only server

 

 

 

 

Obs: i have this error on gs too..
