Request Armor Set Passive Skill

Any idea where is the armors set passive skill? i want edit the set stats if you understand me 

 

for example i try search Dragonic Light armor set Lv1 passive and i didnt found it nowhere ... 

 

Using L2Jfrozen (IL)

armorsets.sql define the sets and associated skills id. On aCis it has been XMLized under data/xml/armorsets.xml

 

Skills stats are obviously under data/stats/skills.
