Error On L2.exe

I get this following error when I run L2.exe , I don't get this error on all servers.
I searched the net, they say it's blocked from my anti-virus, I deactivated but still get this. Already re-installed the client (interlude) and still same problem.
If anyone had this problem and solved it , help me out.
