Why 60 seconds unstuck in a pvp server? ;o

- blessed enchant's too expansive or make 100% enchant rate (ppls are boring on long farm)

- do reward every 3 votes (not every 10 like it is now)

- add giran respawn after died ( if i died in pagan (farm) im in rune there in no npc and i have to go to giran and back to pagan)

- add ls' zone

- add lvl zone/npc

- check pvp zone 1

- fix own forum becuase isn't work
