I suggest for a better game expirience to not allow dual box (max 1 window per pc). That way the random support classes will be able to level up by finding easy group and also the randoms too. By allowing dual box you kill instantly the people who want to play support classes as main. Allowing dual box everyone will have dual box with the main and one or two supports.

 

P/S: The buff slots will be retail 20+4 ?
