Report Dante44@ For Abusive Karma & Nevermore For Resell Policy & Scam

Well the story follows as:

Since i like to be obedient to the rules i will try to be a calm guy and explain this joke. Im not going to let these 2 clowns do as they please in this forum & i want some justice around here.

 

On 7 February 2015 i decided to start selling my high five pvp pack which i have been worked several months http://www.maxcheaters.com/topic/188723-lineage-2-revenge-high-five-pvp-pack// Since sweets trolled me in pms, i have trolled too with fake pictures & Dante44@ gived me -1 for no reason ,thats called abusive karma and he should be warned and my karma restored because even if this is a secondary account, i am selling with it! It is not the first time dante44@ give abusive karmas, i believe he gived -11 to theend, so he should be stripped from V.I.P already not warned

 

Nevermore has decided to report to Sweets that i am reselling his pack which should not apply as resell policy because:

 

1. The main problem of the story is that reunion is at base however reunion is nothing more than outdated l2j from 2012 with packets changed from com.l2jserver to l2r and handlers separated. Thats not different than L2J ,is not like l2j versus acis where whole structure is different so Nevermore cannot claim this pack as his own ,doesnt matter if he pretend hes a fork or developer whatever, L2J belongs to L2J Team only. He dont have any idea how to be a dev in first place, let alone start from scratch a project. All he did was to use l2j as base so how come he is allowed to sell and im not? he made lot of money on their free work & fixes, he should never be allowed to resell l2j in first place so he cant claim lock on my topic either

 

2. 1 year ago, i decided to purchase L2J Reunion, it was the first time i started with l2 servers! 150 euro paid for that garbage which was full of bugs,exploits so i had to pay developer around 600 euro for fixes & custom features to do something with this pack so it was already too late to come back and restart over with pure L2J. Secondly, Nevermore has sold my partner shared R-Guard for 80 euro and my partner didnt told me, i thought we got the rguard for free however the R-guard was nothing but a troll antibot ,best it could do was to hwid ban and it was SHARED ALREADY ON RUSSIANS FORUMS. However i have lost skype proofs because my main dedicated has been formated so i never bothered to report Nevermore, i guess we cant do nothing against this, he never got reported by anyone & everyone believe hes trusted seller. Hes lucky i tell you

 

3. After he scammed my partner with shared rguard, which i wasnt aware of yet i decided to continue give him list of bugs because L2 Wild ,my first server based on reunion was Live. He could not handle my list of bugs report so he decided to ignore me on skype ,i waited 3 weeks for an answer then i decided to block him on skype and simply tell him on his own topic "instead reporting which i should had done". He found very fast reasons to make false accusations such as that i was trying to resell his pack or his code. Why would i try to resell a useless pack, also my investition has began on L2 Forsaken. L2 Wild was reunion pure without changes. Beside having very same l2j structure, every features of my pack is completely different than reunion, if you look at reunion features and mine features. Every single thing is different

 

4. We have this war since then, recently he decided to open L2 Empire and failed because of his useless pack was full of bugs & exploits, which have been fixed long time ago on my pack, and that was not because of me. Everyone can enter in test server and see with his own eyes that my pack is much more optimised/improved/reworked/fixed and ready for pvp purpose than his garbage.

 

My purpose of this topic is simply to be allowed to sell my own pack based on my own work,investition. It is based on L2J, there was never a reunion but only a illusion name for reselling L2J it self based on their work, they are very sad resellers! they merely took shared codes and implement in their pack ,i demand seriosity from a Global Moderator and this be not taken as a joke because indeed is a Parody ,this story it self and nevermore attempts.

You & nevermore never contributed to L2J Team. You used their source code and pretend to be a fork and start resell your trash based on their back/ freework. You mostly followed their fixes & never listened to customers and earned lot of money on their work then claim that you are a fork

It is my problem if im the shadow owner and someone else with another identity pretend to lead my server in order to get players. 

Something that it is much better than what youre doing. Steal l2j work and pretend to be a fork then claim lock on my own work like some desperate pathetic kids :).
