I am looking for this old pack of c3 textures for c1 cliient.

Download C2 client, get it data from armorgrp.txt and weapongrp.txt (С2) to your C1 files, same with systextures folder from C2 to C1
New textures weapons and armor (D,C,B,some A grade items) first appear in C2
