Can Someone Help Me Mod This Skill Correclty.

Becouse Every Time When an Necro use anchor ... has a good chance to paralis.

I moded a little by my self

As you can understand, "power" means how effective the skill is, so you could just lower the "power" stat so that the skill won't be that much successive...
