Launcher Problem

Hello there, I've got a problem with my launcher. When I hit "Launch", a window asking my name and password is supposed to pop up, but it never does. What I mean is that when I hit "Launch" this window turns to black and stays there forever. I've done almost everything I found on the web so I came here to ask if anyone knows anything better.

 

I've uninstalled, and re-installed. Same issue.

I've deleted some folders to make the launcher download them again. Same issue.

I've run the game as administrator everywhere with many ways (deleting folders then trying as admin). Same issue.

 

 

I'm using windows 7, x32, 4 GB Ram, nVidia GeForce 9500 GT.
