Help Custom Mobs And Mobs With Template Like A Character

I want one mob and one npc that looks like a character p.x. 1) Gm shop have template form one human acher.

2) one have template like a dark elf dagger

second option is to try something like this.. you import all of the body parts and the weapon but you have to import it into unreal

 

pros -

shows hp bar

works with preconfigured pack

 

cons -

time consuming

isnt copy/paste

What project? Since if you talk about interlude and frozen, they have it implemented.
