Help //ssq Addmember Doesn't Work.

Anyone knows how this command is introducted?

Ingame i have this //ssq addmember [part 1~2] [sealnum 1~3]

 

I want to make a character be signed to dusk (due to having a server crash that broke the seven sign and have to manually reset it)

 

But i just can't make the command work, i get a response saying "SYS: Cant Add"

Yes, doesn't work, get the Sys error.
