If they would be at a nice price would you buy them?

Depends of the T-Shirt's design. Could be used as a reward for players basically. But well, I dont think so you will make money with this. Such shirt's sounds kinda childish, at least for me :P

Ι dont know for lineage but if you do some t-shirts about LoL probably you will have more chances.
