Bot Protections

Question

Posted

Hi guys :)

Im trying to find out what are the bot protection options nowadays?
I'm running a GF Advext server, i know they have nemo protection but i would like to know if there is another option, even if it aint perfect, just to keep the average user away from bots for the server start to give some time and see if it will be worth buying nemo or any competitor if any?

Thank You again!

No, it shouldn't.

Thats like using nophx and changing authport.

Name one 3rd party program that uses LS connection for anything?

hGuard changes blowfish and detects - and if it can't detect anything then what?

He said average user, we are not talking about people that do whatever it takes to bot in a server.

Average people post on bot forums and people give them solutions.

No to mention newer bots like tower and co - use more than simple tricks to avoid detection thus hGaurd fails right out the bat with those bots.

From that point of view, i agree with you. They will just post and get the solution, hell it might be already bypassed.
