[help]interlude protocol version

hi i would need some help in getting the protocol version of a interlude server (lovelyaden.com)

 

well its not 74x and i tried to get it from the l2.ini file(nothing there) and the l2phx doesnt work for me - i get a critical error when i run the l2 client - i tried it with the server patched version and the clean on without anything,but still i get an error.

 

i tried to guugle something and i searched the forums but i didnt find nothing that could help me

 

any ideas what to do ? :X

Hlapex can help you.For sure you can't send packets but in almost every server you can log in with hlapex and take usefull info.

 

So,do the followings.

Open hlapex,wait 10 secs and press run.

Run L2

Before you log in go to the tab Sniffer (i don't remember what exactly says but you'll find it) and press start capture.

Log in and go check the Sniffer tab.Many things will have been written there,search for ProtocolVersion (probably will say something else like ProtocolVersionKey,again i don't remember exactly) and after you press it,it will say the protocol version.

 

You are ready.

yes i tried it before,but the problem is when i press capture and login,hlapex doesnt capture any packet ... i dont have anything to work with :|
