how the ballance can be fixed through Stats?

ok, Character Stats edit now better??

this add at template of classes everythink you choise :)

( i did use it at my own server i have other method of balance ( power per skill ) ) 

 

but lot of ppl search this for acis and i can readapt it for other project:)

Its l2jhellas balancer, you just readapted it. Same goes for the menu, ive seen it for frozen i think
