Why it is better than R99 even it has less m.atk/p.atk? R99 +4 has 433m. atk.

  The first thing it has 2 built in SA - comparing to R99 with single SA it has additional 5% bonus in PvP

  Not to mention the bonus from Empower SA - supplies more m.atk than the difference in 5m.atk points in weapon.

 

  Weapons enchanted over +4 gives additional bonuses. The bigger the enchant the higher the bonus.This retributer supplies additional 

   - Casting Speed

   - M. critical damage

 

  It is also +7, so for the next L2 update, called Ertheia, it will supply additional bonuses like 

"Changed so that Soulshot/Spiritshot damage is increased when a weapon is enchanted, based on level (Applies to all Item Grades).
- Soulshot/Spiritshot damage will increase 0.7% for every +1 enchant level. (Blessed weapon will give approximately +1% dmg increase)
- Information on increased stats have been added to the item description to help better understand these increased stats, depending on enchant level."
