Help How To Compile .rar Source

hello guys i have a l2pack with .rar source. how can i compile it? i mean its different with assembla e.g  help me please

extract is somwhere (w/e you want it's not problem) then open eclipse go to package explorer -> right click -> new -> other -> project -> next

 

remove "tick" from Use default location and on location: click Browse find your source write a name on project name

 

and then click finish
