Is it possible to get the click + shift to get the question mark and view the item in interlude?
Also is it possible to get the alt click on buff in bar to delete it possible in interlude?

Without hardcore client/server modification no:). Never saw till now something like that for IL.

Server would be relatively easy.

 

New packet and some condition checks.

 

 

 

....client part will suck donkey tho.

So good luck without opening the wallet big style for that.
