[REQUEST] configure free/oog walker

so guys a server is about to open and i wanna use l2walker so i can do my nobless quest fast and be 1 of the first heroes xD

 

the problem is that i can't configure it at all...PORTUGUESE server =P

 

i have the IP and the port:

 

 

as soon as i try to login at walker it says: link verify fail

 

the questions are:

 

what's the protocol?

are the login port and IP correct?

do i need any other programs?

what do i need to put at the host file?

ps: if its easier to give me a tutorial to configure oog/free walkers i'd apriciate

1. cant u use IG walker? to do that quest and dont botther u head about protocol?

1. cant u use program monitoring net packets to be sure thats is correct ip and port?

3. u mean what programs? to what? porn download ? :D

4. in host file u need to put server ip and port + ip's to verfify walker server and u should have somewhere here host file to delete that second problem from problem nr. 4 :P

1. at the IG walker i have problems like if press end and it turns around the camera, at other control when i start it appears just stop combat and if i press it doesn't change, i also don't know what other things do i need to put at host and other programs like what? asrv or something like that..

3. maybe i <3 porn =) but i tought l2asrv or something like that was needed

and the ip's to verify walker server are always the same or the change from version to version?

cause i've seen them somewhere just need to search =P

1. u can fix it in game options i think but im not sure, because i had that problem myslef and i fix it myself:P

sometimes to run fight u need to "restart" bot so click ins and end (off) and again ins end (on) it also works for me

2. u can use some program like NetLimiter or good firewall but also u can use another bot ( PHX ) and check out ur protocol number

3. yeah, im not sure about that too :P. WPF program work like verify server download newest version somewhere

4. i cant say whats the ip but it should be 213.22.130.221:2106

not the ip change in new walker version but something else that i have no idea (thats why there are specified l2asrv versions to right l2walker versions)

2. what do u mean good firewall? phx don't know how to configure and use too cause i open it and all i get are squares=P, if u can get me a nice version of it and tell me how to use it =P cause I would love to learn it too xD

1. buy one with european standard :P or polish one :P

2. good firewall have option to check ip and ports from connecting programs

eat link, works for me at interlude server

open phx, run l2 and login to server

at up window first IP:port is that correct ip and port, next go to packet sniffer and u will se protocol version at communicate (click on msg and u will see it at right window)

2. PHX will be used just to check IP:PORT and protocol, try it
