It's not what im looking for. 12 sec delay is nothing when it restores 1500mp. Maybe if you had a low rate zone in some important staff it could make the server interesting... ;)

It's not what im looking for. Retail buff slots, TIME and without mp pots or out of combat or with big delay it's a must for me...I dont care about rates. I just dont want them to be low rate. x20+ i think its good.
