rates: 

Between 50x and 500x

 

Buffs:

Atleast 16 slots for songs and dance <- dealbreaker if its not a feature

 

Gm-shop:

Prefered a full shop

 

Costum:

No costum farm/lvl zones <- dealbreaker if you do have farm zones (i think its the most lame way to kill lineage 2 gameplay)

Instant lvl 85 <- dealbreaker i dont need to explain myself about that i think

 

I seen some servers around with these kinda rates but most have just 1 or 2 things am searching for maybe this will help :)
