    * Features

          o Decode and Encode C3 - CT2 Client Dat Files.

          o Possible to Export and Import it by a variety of text encode.

          o Ancillary function of l2encdec by DStuff. (Patch SYSTEM Files, Edit l2.ini,user.ini)

 

    * Known Problem

          o Can't Save or Import chargrp.dat of C3-Interlude Version.

          o Can't All Action chargrp.dat of CT1-CT2 Version.(Because chargrp.dat file of CT1 version was greatly different from the form before,it was not possible to analyze it.)
