Probably you got it wrong.

Firstly never ever a java pack can have "retail" formulas since all numbers and functions are guessed.

Secondly L2OFF retail methods and formulas has nothing to do with balance or "pvp balance" since Lineage2 is a MMO where every class has pros/cons on PvP

 

2 Reasons why the quote I gave you here is pure trashtalk. You shall better change it since as I see you spam it everywhere and its literally wrong...
