Ubuntu Dedicated Host

i have some problem if now can help me :D

 

before two days i'm buy a Dedicated Host with 
from https://console.online.net
 

when i buy it i Surprised because there are only Ubuntu operating 

that's not the problem 

when i setup the Ubuntu and i try to enter the host with (Remote Control) 
i can't ): 

then i try to use (X2go Client ) to connect and again i can't 
 

and when i ask a Support he don't replay like a piece of shit

 

if anyone know how to enter or have some Experience 

i will give him a info about Dedicated host or he enter my pc by TeamV

ok and if problem soultion i can pay to who help me :D

when you say remote control you mean ssh?
