I don't understand the logic of l2, l2j custom servers x5000 have more than a l2off x15 retail server wtf.

This server looks pretty serious.

Server has few registered users coz there are no mana potions or npc buffers, and all that typical pvp stuff! Poeple are used playing on mid l2j projects, retail must seem very hard for most! And don't believe those lame "I have no time for low rates" excuses either, its usually the ones who spend 8+ hours a day who say that!!! Server features are greta imo (similar to old nanaki), it just lacks the community.
