Votes On Left Side (As Widget)

I want something like this http://www.supercounters.com/tabwidget (not advertising) for votes.

 

 

Like a static thing over the left on page wich will scroll at the same time with the web page.

 

And i want to add there the vote banners.. (like 4-5 vote baners)

But the votes to be on the top of everything.
