Help Having A Stable Lag Every 30 Sec For 1 Sec

Hello, this is my last option to figure out what is causing the lag in server ( i got 150~ player server, for my community in my country ), for some reason there is a lag every 30 seconds, for 1 sec, i know it's cannot be the bandwidth.

Maybe you Folks can suggest something ?

- If Someone good Developer is willing to help us out, im sure we can talk something about paying for that person

is your firewall off? do you have an antivirus on the dedicated server? what project are you using? do you have a tuneling service?

answer at least some them if you want to be helped ;)
