`xfrost wanted to buy Matthews services, and he added his exchangers(Matthews exchanger) skype and `xfrost sent 10 euros to the exchanger but the exchanger was in game(LoL) and he couldn't do anything, when the exchanger came back he sent the money back to `xfrost and everything was ok. (`xfrost had submitted -1 negative feedback already) and a Gmod removed it. (cuz `xfrost got his money back and it was his OWN fault for adding the wrong skype acc) when `xfrost got his money back he submitted another -1 feedback w/ the reason: "Attempted to scam", while this is not true.

 

That's what I know, correct if I'm wrong.
